Step 1:  Go to www.myfico.com

Here, you will see a web page that looks like this:

Step 2:  Click on the Products tab in the top left corner of the webpage.  This will take you to a page that explains the different products available to you.

 

If you want to find out your credit score, then any of these packages will provide you with that information.  However, which package you choose depends on which other features you are interested in. 

Additionally, there are three different types of FICO credit scores available – the Equifax FICO credit score, the TransUnion FICO credit score, and the Experian FICO credit score. 

These scores may differ from each other based on the information contained in each company’s credit report.

However, the calculation to obtain the scores is very similar between all three companies, so select one company to monitor and as that score improves, it is likely that the other scores will improve as well.

TIP:  To save money when ordering these reports, search for promotional codes online by searching for keywords of “myfico promotion code” or “code myfico”.

Step 3:  Check out your credit score.
