Having a Successful Relationship with Money

Money issues do not need to run your life.  Most Americans do not have a healthy relationship with their financial situation. 

They avoid thinking about money and dealing with the issues.  Instead, they worry about it and do nothing. 

 

The real issue is that almost everyone in America needs more education on what it takes to deal with their money in a healthy manner.

Ask yourself these questions to determine if you have a healthy relationship with your financial situation.

• Do you know exactly how much money you take home from each paycheck?
• Do you know how much credit card debt you have and what the interest rate and terms are for each of your credit cards?
• Do you know what your credit score is?
• Do you know how much money you spend each month on gasoline for your car?  How many miles per gallon does your car really get?
• Do you know what the due date is for each of your bills?
• Do you know how much money is in your savings account and what interest rate it is earning?
• Do you know how much money you will have when you retire at the rate you are currently investing?
• Do you know how much money you spend each month on your monthly reoccurring bills such as rent/mortgage, insurance, phone, car payments, and student loan payments?
• Do you know how much money you spend on food each month?
• Do you know what your balance should be at the end of the month (with your income and expenses all factored in)?  Is the balance positive?

 

If you answered “yes” to all of those questions – then stop reading this book – you already have it figured out.
